I have been a respected Yoga Instructor in Baltimore, Md and beyond since 2017. Using my extensive understanding of the human body and psyche, I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never knew you had. Ultimately stress can be released and a better version of you is awakened.
